About
What we publish
Younivi is a small independent publisher of reference sites built from official economic and government releases. The legal entity is YOUNIVI LIMITED, registered in Auckland, New Zealand (NZBN 9429052621109). This hub, younivi.com, explains the company and points to the seven publications. The series pages themselves live on the product hosts.
There is no research floor, no sales desk, and no invented masthead of analysts. Each site focuses on a narrow set of series, cites the producing agency, and carries its own methodology and disclaimer (or sources) pages. Those product pages are the live record of how a number was ingested. We do not provide personalised financial advice, brokerage, or lending.
Email for the company is [email protected]. See also How we publish, Privacy, and Contact.
Publications
Cash Rate
Cash Rate republishes official policy interest rates and a small set of related overnight and retail series. The public pages lead with the US effective federal funds rate and sit other policy rates and market rates alongside, including the Bank of England Bank Rate, the RBA cash rate target, the ECB deposit facility, and the New Zealand Official Cash Rate. Ingest is from central-bank files and APIs and, for additional country policy rates, the BIS policy-rate data set. Methodology and the legal notice live on the product: methodology and disclaimer.
Price Index
Price Index republishes official consumer and producer price-level series as published by national statistical agencies. The public default country is the United States (BLS CPI-U and PPI). Other desks show ONS, Statistics Canada, ABS, Eurostat HICP, and Stats NZ series, among others. Official index levels are stored unmodified; derived percentage changes, where shown, are labelled. There is no separate methodology URL on this host; the live source list is sources, with context on about. The publication is not inflation-adjustment advice and is not a tool for rewriting contracts.
GDP
GDP republishes national-accounts levels and related World Bank Open Data indicators: GDP in current US dollars, PPP, per capita, real growth, and a short set of companion series. Economies are ranked by each country’s latest published year, which is not always the same year. Taiwan, which World Bank Open Data does not publish, is filled from the IMF World Economic Outlook. Product notes: methodology and disclaimer.
House Price
House Price republishes residential property price indexes on a common 2015=100 scale where the source already uses that base, or after a labelled rebase (UK House Price Index quarterly averages; ABS mean dwelling prices as a fallback). European geographies use Eurostat PRC_HPI_Q when that series is still current. Other economies use OECD Analytical House Prices. Private listing-site indexes are out of scope. Year-over-year percentages on the site are derived from the published index. See methodology and disclaimer.
Wages
Wages republishes labour and earnings series from World Bank Open Data and ILOSTAT: output per worker, average and median monthly earnings in 2021 PPP dollars, industry earnings, and labour-share indicators. Output per worker is labour productivity, not take-home pay. Earnings are gross employee pay as published by the ILO. Taiwan has a country desk for consistency with the other sites but these labour series are not published by the Bank for Taiwan. See methodology and disclaimer.
Unemployment
Unemployment republishes ILO modelled unemployment, youth, sex-specific, participation, and employment-to-population rates from World Bank Open Data. Modelled estimates are not the same as a national labour-force survey; they exist so rates can be compared across economies with a common definition. Taiwan’s headline unemployment rate is filled from IMF WEO. See methodology and disclaimer.
Holidays
Holidays republishes official public-holiday calendars by country and year from government notices and open-licence lists. First-wave desks include the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Ireland, India, Japan, Korea, Brazil, Mexico, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, South Africa, and New Zealand. Regional and provincial dates are included only when officially published under a reusable licence, and they are labelled regional. Employer-specific observances are not included. The live source and licence list is sources, with a short product note on about.
What we are not
Younivi is not a statistical agency, a central bank, a broker, or an authorised financial-advice provider. Republished figures may be delayed and may change when the producer revises a table. For a decision that depends on a number, use the official file named on the series page.
