Get in touch
YOUNIVI LIMITED (Auckland, New Zealand) uses this address for the hub and for all seven publications: [email protected].
Write if a cited source file has moved, a figure looks wrong against the official release, a licence line needs a correction, or you have a privacy request under the Privacy Act 2020. We read every message but may not reply immediately.
What to write about
- Figure corrections. If a number on a Younivi publication disagrees with the official release it cites, send the page address and the source you are comparing against. We check the producer’s file or API first, then fix the ingest or the build and regenerate the affected pages.
- Moved or renamed source links. Agencies reorganise download pages and retire file names. Tell us where the series lives now and, if you have it, the new series code or table name.
- Licence and attribution wording. If a credit line, licence name, or attribution is wrong or incomplete, point us at the correct statement so the citation matches the source.
- Pages that fail to load. Report a broken page, a chart that does not render, or a table that shows a blank value, with the URL and, if it seems relevant, the browser or device you used.
- Privacy requests. Under the Privacy Act 2020 you may ask for access to, or correction of, personal information we hold. The Privacy page explains the little we handle; requests are welcome at the same address.
What to include
- The page address — the full URL, including the economy or series where the page is one of many.
- The economy, country, or desk the figure belongs to.
- The period or observation date you are looking at.
- The value shown on the page and the value you expected to see.
- The source and series code you compared against (agency, table, or API identifier), with a link or exact quotation if you have one.
How corrections work
We check the source first. A message about a figure is only actionable once we can see the official file or API the publication ingested. If the source itself is the problem, we say so and point to the producer’s own revision or erratum.
We fix the build and regenerate. A correction is made in the ingest or the page template, then the static pages are rebuilt, so the change appears everywhere the series is used rather than only on the page that was reported. Source revisions flow through on the next rebuild: when a later official release changes a past value, the rebuilt page prints the revised number.
There are no silent edits. We do not quietly alter a published figure to close a complaint. If we got something wrong, we correct it against the source and record that we did.
Response
Younivi is a small publication. We read every message sent to [email protected], but we cannot promise a reply time or a reply to every message. Factual corrections with a source attached are the easiest to act on.
Please do not send requests for personal financial advice, loan comparisons, or investment recommendations — we cannot help with those. We do not publish a street address on this site.
